Panasonic decreases the sizes of fuel cell systems
The company Of panasonic today declared about its successes in the region of developing the fuel cells on
liquid methanol: its new prototypes besides the decrease of size of batteries themselves, increased power and duration of the return of electric power.
Japanese company presented to the general public two similar devices – for the laptop computers and for other mobile devices with the nourishment from USB of port. They both let the possibility to [perezapravlyatsya] by liquid methanol work from one such charging for 20 hours with the nominal yield of consumption 10 W and with the peak load in 20 W. It is worthwhile to add that the fuel charging for the laptop computer weighs 320 deg. (mobile – 350 deg.) with occupied volume 270 [sm]3 (mobile – 360 [sm]3).
