BenQ S6 Mobile Internet Device is powered by 800MHz Intel Atom CPU. It has a 4.8-inch WVGA (800 x 480) display, 512MB DDR2 RAM, a 2GB SSD, Bluetooth 2.0 / WiFi, HSDPA, microSD slot, inbuilt G-sensor and support various multimedia formats, and comes with cool “free-surf” user interface.
