The Fujitsu U Series is a tiny tablet/UMPC device that comes with a 5.6-inch, 1280×800 rotary touch panel LCD, 1GB of RAM, 60GB hard drive with the option for a 64GB SSD, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, integrated webcam, memory card (SD and CF) slots, 2 USB 2.0 ports, and powered by a 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor.

The Fujitsu U Series is available for $1450.
