LIC-SR500 is the new IC-based portable voice recorder from Logitec (not Logitech!) Japan. It is capable of recording up to 136 hours of conversation in LP mode with 2GB microSD card (4GB one is also supported).

Voice Recorder Device, Logitec LIC-SR500 size is 33 x 117 x 15mm, LIC-SR500 uses 2 AAA batteries which provides the juice for up to 15 hours. If interested, the 40g device is available in three different flavours: Classic White, Black, and Pink.
