Sony unveiled VAIO type T, its ultralight notebook pc weighing only 1.31kg even though it is equipped with Blu-ray drive at the CEATEC 2008. Adopting a 11.1-inch 16:9 display with 1,366*768 resolution, the VAIO type T supports Intel Centrino Core 2 Duo SU9300(1.2GHz) processor, LED back light LCD and a HDMI port.
Toshiba displayed its 13.1-inch notebook pc dynabook CX equipped with 250GB HDD during CEATEC 2008. Running on Intel Core 2 Duo P8400(2.26GHz) processor and Windows Vista Home Premium OS, the dynabook CX adopts a 13.1-inch LED display, 2GB of RAM and DVD Super-Multi drive.
SAFA expects to launch its prosumer mp3 player ‘Bandi’ in Korea market, which will be available in October. Adopting a 1.5-inch OLED display and flash memory from Samsung, the Bandi features touch scroll, sound quality and distinctive GUI like a lightning bug.
